Today truly feels like one of those pinch-me moments. I stumbled upon Feedspot’s article titled 100 Best Indian Book Review Blogs and Websites in 2026, and there it was—bookGeeks ranked at #2 among the top book review blogs in India. Once again, bookGeeks has been acknowledged by a platform that has consistently celebrated meaningful voices in the book community over the years.
FeedSpot has been curating and ranking book blogs for a long time now, and what makes this recognition even more special is that bookGeeks has always found a place among the top slots on their list. To see our work being noticed year after year is deeply humbling and incredibly motivating.
Over the last 13 years, bookGeeks has grown from a simple love for books into a space that thrives on honest, heartfelt, and credible conversations around literature. We’ve had the privilege of working with 1200+ authors, publishers, and brands, helping stories find their readers and readers discover stories that stay with them. At the heart of it all lies a simple passion—to encourage more people, especially young Indians and children, to pick up books and fall in love with reading.
Beyond reviews, bookGeeks has also supported authors and publishers by giving their books the visibility they deserve, helping them reach newer audiences and expand their presence in the literary market. Every collaboration, every book, and every conversation has added another layer to this journey.

For those who connect more with visual storytelling, I share my heart-to-heart bookish chats, confessions, reviews, and reflections on my Instagram handle @SankalpitaSingh and my YouTube channel bookGeeks India—spaces where books feel less like products and more like companions.
And for families and young readers, there’s something even closer to my heart. Through @FamilyThatReads, our young and incredibly talented reviewer Ahaana shares her pure, honest love for books. This space is dedicated to encouraging children to step away from screens and discover the magic of stories, while inspiring families to embrace reading as a shared, wholesome habit.
Coming back to this moment—being recognised once again among the Top Book Blogs in India—I feel nothing but gratitude. Gratitude for readers, authors, publishers, fellow book lovers, and everyone who has believed in bookGeeks over the years. We are proud to be part of this ever-growing literary community and will continue to do our very best to keep the light of literature alive, glowing, and thriving in the hearts and minds of Indian readers.
