The story is of a girl and takes place in a playground. The book comprises of a conversation between a girl and a boy.

The boy, learning that the girl has two dads asks the girl curious questions about having two dads, the girl answers and that is what the book is all about.

ILLUSTRATIONS: 4/5

The illustrations are amusing and eye-catching. It is safe to say that they will be able to retain a child’s interest in the book.

VALUES: 3.5/5

The story emphasises on love and caring in an unconventional family setting (same-sex couple).

ENTERTAINMENT QUOTIENT: 3.5/5

Overall, A Tale of Two Daddies is an interesting read and therefore I recommended it to all kids in the age group of 4-6 years.
